Moving into a care home

Can residents and their families visit before the move?

During the initial enquiry, we will invite you to visit the care home to meet the Home Manager and the team. This is a great opportunity to explore the facilities, discuss fees and any other detailed requirements you or your loved one may have.

Brunelcare also offers respite and day care services in a number of our care homes, which provide another opportunity for you to experience our homes and support before you make a decision to move in.

You might need to cancel payments or standing orders linked to your previous address, such as utility bills or council tax.
