We are regulated by a number of independent bodies to ensure that we are delivering high quality services.

Regulator of Social Housing

Our sheltered and extra care homes are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing. We are required to meet their Economic and Consumer Standards and they conduct regular reviews of our performance. The economic standards cover governance, financial viability and value for money. The Consumer Standards over the provision of quality homes and services to tenants.
