Palliative and end of life care

We provide person-centred palliative and end of life care in our care homes for those who are facing a serious or life-limiting illness, or are in the last stages of their life. Our qualified teams develop a personalised care plan that focuses on maintaining dignity and comfort during this time, from ongoing pain management to wellbeing support for residents and loved ones. Our goal is to ensure residents receive the best quality of life possible during this important time in one of our specialist care homes.

We take a person-centred approach to care: we know that everyone is different, so we use knowledge of your history and personality in order to provide you with the most appropriate support, suited to your individual needs.

Our care and nursing teams are fully trained, qualified and engage in continuous training and development. They are highly experienced in supporting older individuals who may face life-limiting or terminal illnesses.
