Somerset Domiciliary Services has a proud history of providing person-centred care and support in peoples own homes for more than 30 years.
Our experienced team can offer short or long-term support, and our main goal is to enable people to live as independently as possible for as long as possible in their own homes.
We provide person-centred care, always putting the client at the centre of everything we do and working with each individual to set up a care plan that supports their preferences.
We can provide

Personal care such as stoma and catheter care, medication and meal preparation

Sitting service to allow main carers some respite for clients to take trips out and attend appointments
