South Gloucestershire Community Services

South Gloucestershire Community Services enable you to stay in your own home and maintain your independence, however your needs change.

Our experienced team of carers can offer short or long-term support, and our person-centred approach puts the client at the heart of everything we do, working with each individual to set up a care plan that suits their preferences.

We can provide

  • Personal care such as stoma and catheter care, medication and meal preparation
  • Short-term reablement care to regain skills after a hospital stay
  • Mentoring - Support with day-to-day tasks such as paying bills, attending appointments shopping, cooking and cleaning
  • Companionship service to allow main carers some respite or for clients to take trips out and attend appointments
  • Support for people to access activities in the community

Areas we cover

Mentoring covers a wider area including Yate & Emersons Green.

Reablement also covers Coalpit Heath, Acton Turville, Marshfield, Frampton, Cotterell, Frenchay, Emersons Green.
