About Waverley Gardens

Waverley Gardens is situated on the border of Bishopsworth and Withywood in South Bristol. It is ideally located for access to local amenities such as shops, places to eat and Withywood Park.

The scheme consists of 128 self-contained one and two-bed self-contained apartments, designed with independence in mind. There are 20 properties exclusively available for shared ownership. Our apartments are grouped around small courtyards with landscaped gardens. We have a range of facilities on site such as a communal lounge and a restaurant where you can enjoy high-quality nutritious meals. We also have a hair salon and a therapy room onsite to make life as easy as possible.

We regularly host activities and seasonal parties in our communal restaurant and lounge and organise day trips to local attractions.

Each apartment contains:
