Why work for Brunelcare?
We want our employees to be all they can be for our customers and we are committed to helping people thrive and develop in their roles.
Training and development
All employees complete our unique in-house induction training which is 5-7 days long, depending on your role within the charity. Our induction training meets the standards of the new Care Certificate and is designed to develop your awareness of both the organisation you work for, and those we support in our day to day work. Throughout your employment with Brunelcare you will have many opportunities to learn new skills and develop your knowledge.
Investors in People
For the 19th year running we have been awarded the Investors in People Standard, which is a standard recognising that Brunelcare is a great employer, is an outstanding place to work and has a clear commitment to sustainability.
Equality & Diversity
Equality and diversity are central principles in all we do at Brunelcare. It is our policy to treat job applicants and employees fairly, regardless of their age, ethnic origin, race, gender, marital status, disability class, culture, religious beliefs, political allegiance or sexual orientation.
We actively look to attract and recruit disabled people. We are recognised by the Department of Work and Pensions as a Disability Confident Employer.
