Paying your rent
There are a number of ways for you to pay your rent and other charges.
Direct Debit
This is one of the simplest methods of paying your rent, and you can choose the day and frequency of your payments. You can set up a Direct Debit to pay directly from your bank or building society account.
Online (Allpay)
You can make payments online via the allpay website or app, which allows you to make payments on your mobile phone. You can download the allpay app from the Apple Store or Google Play.
Standing Order
You can set up a weekly or monthly standing order to pay your charges directly from your bank or building society account.
At the Post Office and PayPoint
You can also pay your rent at a local Post Office or at a shop which displays the PayPoint logo. You will need to take your allpay swipe card with you when you use this service. If paying by cheque make it payable to ‘Post Office’ and write your reference number and address on the back. Please allow three working days for payment to reach us.
