We measure our performance against the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs).
Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs)
STAIRs is a new government initiative designed to improve transparency and accountability in social housing. From October 2026, Brunelcare will begin proactively publishing key information about how we manage our homes. From April 2027, residents will also be able to request specific information directly from us.
Key dates
October 2026: We will begin publishing housing management information on this page
April 2027: Residents and their representatives can formally request information under STAIRs.
