Celebrating our 80th year in 2021, we are a successful charity providing a range of supported housing and social care in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Somerset.
The charity’s work is more important now than ever, as we provide care and support for some of the most vulnerable people in our society.
We’re looking for a qualified accountant, who is an experienced finance director, to complement the skills and experience of our existing board.
This is a crucial time for the organisation as we continue to respond to Coronavirus pandemic, plan our recovery, and look to the future with the development of both a new asset management strategy and wider organisational.
The successful applicant will have a skill set that is blended, balancing a strategic outlook with a passion for providing the best possible care and support for older people.
We seek to create an ‘unlike minded board’ reflecting true diversity. We warmly welcome applicants who will bring a range of skills and experiences.
With board and committee meetings your time commitment will equate to around 8 hours per month including preparation time, training and other events.
