- What types of jobs do you have available at Brunelcare?
We offer various roles across all of our sites. For example, this could be an office-based role in our HQ in Whitehall or a care-related role across our various care sites in Somerset, South Gloucestershire, and Bristol.
- Do you need to have experience in care to become a carer?
Brunelcare is passionate about recruiting kind and caring people who strive to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Although previous experience in a caring role would be beneficial, it is not essential as you will be provided with all of the training and support to make sure you are confident in your role.
- Do you have any part-time or temporary roles?
We do offer a mixture of part-time and full-time roles. If you are looking for a specific number of hours, please speak with the hiring manager, who will be able to advise further.
- Do you have any vacancies that offer flexible hours/days?
We recognise that not everyone can work full time on a fixed basis, so we support flexible working wherever possible.
- Is Brunelcare a Real Living Wage employer?
We are thrilled to announce that, as of 1 April 2022, Brunelcare is an accredited Real Living Wage Employer. All colleagues at Brunelcare are paid at or above the Real Living Wage of £9.90 per hour.
- What is the Recruitment process?
Our application process is quick and easy, and you will be contacted by our recruitment team regardless of the outcome. If selected, you will be invited to an interview where you will get to meet our teams and find out more about the role. For more senior positions, the process may include some additional selection methods.
