Sheltered housing
We provide sheltered housing for people aged over 55 years of age. We support residents to live independently and comfortably in their own home for as long as possible with peace of mind knowing that support is available when needed.
We have over 1000 homes across the West of England with the majority located in Bristol. The majority of our sheltered housing properties are provided for rent at social rent levels. We also have a much smaller number of properties available for shared ownership.

Why choose sheltered housing?
Independence
Self-contained flat consisting of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom/s, a studio flat or bungalow
Communal facilities
A wide range of communal facilities including on-site laundry, a communal lounge and kitchen, gardens and a guest room for visitors (where applicable)
Low maintenance
We are responsible for management of the building where you live and undertaking the majority of repairs
Advice & Assistance
