Julie Walker, Centre Manager

My name is Julie and I have been working for Brunelcare for over 15 years. My passion is to enable our tenant's to live as independently as they are able, and  enhance their lives, and with the amazing support and care from our dedicated team of staff at Brunelcare's Colliers Gardens Extra Care Housing scheme, tenants that live in our scheme can achieve this. Our tenants have the opportunity of attending various groups of activities which include gardening and arts and crafts, along with a very relaxed exercise session, we have created great partnership working and have been involved with projects such as food and nutrition, which has encouraged new friendships as well as reduced social isolation.   We encourage the wider community to visit our site and join our activities and to use our on site restaurant. Our aim is to provide a unique person centred support service that is tailored to met each individual person.
