South Gloucestershire home care

We are proud to be South Gloucestershire Council’s primary provider of community-based support services in the following places: Hanham, Kingswood, Longwell Green, Cadbury Heath, Warmley, Downend, Emersons Green, Wick, Marshfield and the surrounding areas.

Our South Gloucestershire home care team will work with you to tailor our care to meet your specific needs, whether that’s simply help with personal care or preparing meals.

If you are caring for someone else, we also have support services designed with you in mind; as we understand that this can be a demanding role.

Sometimes you may just need our help for a few weeks, for example helping you get back on your feet at home after a hospital stay. This reablement service is provided when you have been referred to us by your local authority.

Our South Gloucestershire Home Care service has been rated by the Care Quality Commission as Good overall.

It makes my day happier when Gemma comes to visit me. It’s my pleasure to welcome her inside my home.

How amazing the team have been with this case, I can’t believe the progression; and for the person you were caring for to finish independently is amazing. The family are also very impressed with the Reablement service.

Olivia Kipling Social Work Assistant, Southmead Hospital

I’d like to express my thanks for the care and kindness shown to my husband by your staff who recently looked after him.
