Update: care home customer invoicing

Due to an ongoing issue with our care home management database, we are currently unable to provide care home customers with invoices and care home fee account balances.

The ongoing outage will also affect our ability to process refunds.

We have received an update that CareSys will continue to be down for at least 6 to 8 weeks; we are currently working hard on internal processes to be able to confirm accounts balances and process due refunds as soon as possible.

Please be assured that this does not affect the collection of fees, but if you do have any queries or concerns whilst the system is unavailable then you can contact [email protected].
