We know that finding out about the housing services you need can be daunting. This guidance is designed to help answer your questions and to provide relevant information.

Are there tenant activities I can join in with?

Yes! We have a few tenant activities that take place regularly each year, such Brunelcare in Bloom. We advertise this type of event on notice boards at our housing schemes.

As a housing tenant is it possible to swap my home?

Yes, Brunelcare is signed up to a scheme called HomeSwapper for our tenants. For full details please read our guide 'HomeSwapper scheme'.

How do I check my rent balance?

You can quickly and easily check your rent balance by contacting us on 0117 914 4257

How do I report an out of hours repair?

If you have our emergency pull cord system installed in your home, please pull the cord and the call operator will advise how the issue will be handled. If you do not have a pull cord please telephone 0800 072 6308 and the call will be diverted to an operator who will advise how the issue will be handled.
