We pay the real Living Wage

We are thrilled to announce that Brunelcare is an accredited Real Living Wage Employer.

All colleagues at Brunelcare are paid at or above the Real Living Wage of £10.90 per hour. Set by the Living Wage Foundation, the Real Living Wage has been independently calculated according to the real cost of living, which is based on a basket of household goods and services. This wage applies to all workers over the age of 18.

We are delighted to be able to offer this wage to all colleagues at Brunelcare. We have seen our staff demonstrate extraordinary dedication, passion and resilience in the face of unprecedented challenges, and believe the vital services social care workers provide deserve to be recognised.

We are a living wage employer.
